Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to BLACKWOOD’s error.
Non-Returnable Items

Perishable goods, intimate items, and personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty.
